SCOTT KEESLER - COME ALONG
8 tracks of feel-good alternative pop punk, Come Along was created with the guidance and collaboration of producer and engineer Michael A. Ward of Square Wheel Studios. Scott’s music draws inspiration from a broad spectrum of Rock and Roll, influenced by bands like The Ramones, Buddy Holly, Cheap Trick, The Detroit Cobras, and Black Sabbath. With the contributions of musicians Nat Parkinson, Ed Fritz, and Mike LaValle, the resulting songs are fresh, catchy, and hummable. Come Along will be the soundtrack of the Summer.
Songwriting partners Matt Schwartzer (guitars, lead vocals) and Matthew J. Kaplan (bass) have written hundreds of songs together. Schwartzer writes the music, Kaplan writes the lyrics. Along with longtime drummer Derek Landel, they comprise the melodic, edgy, idiosyncratic rock band The Bright Spots. Producer Michael A. Ward recorded the band for their latest release, Broken Bat Singles.
